Jon R. Putnam, P.E., BCEE- Bio

Jon has over 20 years of experience in civil/environmental engineering and public works industry. His experience includes planning, engineering, design, and construction of water and wastewater systems, street and site development, trenchless technologies, and construction engineering and engineering business management.   

He is also actively involved with professional societies and the current President of the American Public Works Association New York Chapter. He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, North American Society of Trenchless Technologies, and New York Rural Water Association.

Mr. Putnam holds Bachelor Degrees in Agricultural and Civil Engineering from The State University of New York at Morrisville, and the SUNY Polytechnic Institute in Utica, NY, and has been working for GHD Consulting Engineers in Cazenovia, NY for nearly 20-years.  Mr. Putnam is a licensed professional engineer in New York State and a Board Certified Environmental Engineer from the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists.
