This position will directly report to the region’s Team Leader and will work with a team of engineers and support staff to meet client deliverables.
Collaborate and build strong working relationships with internal multi-disciplinary teams
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering or similar engineering degree.
Possess and maintain a New York State Professional Engineering License, in good standing.
7 to 20 years of relevant experience working with municipal clients in engineering or project management roles, including:
Evaluation, study and design of municipal water and wastewater facilities and conveyance infrastructure including treatment process.Focus on collection system rehabilitation and pump system upgrades preferred.
Drafting, Site Design, Utility Planning and Hydraulic Modelling
Possess in-depth knowledge of Federal and State regulations, including discharge permitting for facilities, and typical funding sources related to the industry.
Experience in managing multiple projects and clients with a successful history of delivering projects on budget.
Highly effective with written and verbal communication of project plans and presentations
Adept at interpersonal relationship building, conflict resolution, team leadership, and mentoring.
Possessing high ethical standards, committee to producing high quality work, with a commitment to teamwork, respect and integrity.
Demonstrated leadership experience and successful teamwork.
Working proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Some travel is required, must have a valid driver’s license.
